2. Appointment Etiquette & Arrival
- Arrival Window: We request that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments to enjoy complimentary herbal elixirs or champagne and complete customized skin/wellness intake forms.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing subsequent guests, while the full service fee remains applicable.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Standard Appointments: Cancellations or appointment changes require at least 24 hours' advance notice to avoid a 50% late-cancellation fee.
- Multi-Hour Spa Retreats & Bridal Buyouts: Packages require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
4. Health, Pregnancy & Medical Conditions
- Guests must disclose any acute health conditions, allergies, pregnancy status, recent dermatological procedures, or heart conditions prior to service.
- Certain intensive therapies (such as thermal deep-tissue, chemical peels, or essential oil blends) may be modified or substituted for your safety.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices for hair, skin, and spa packages are clearly itemized prior to treatment. Gratuities are discretionary and gratefully appreciated by our dedicated practitioners.
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and official Glamorasaloon gift certificates.
6. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our master craftsmanship. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your haircut, hair color, or nail service, please notify our salon manager within 7 days so we may offer a complimentary adjustment with our master team.
